The more I do this job the more I realize how important it is to attend all channels and aspects of the medium. NO you CANNOT just send the receptionist into the Facebook page and post 'SOMETHING'. Much thought must be put into your social media platform. If given as little as 6 hours a week constant attention, you will see results from it. For me, it's been fun to see it take on a life of its own on several fronts. Website, Social Media, Blogging, Comments, Tagging, Face to Face contact. All important. All Vital. The peices fall into place. It's a beautiful thing to see
