You don't know what you don't know.
Tragically it's true. How do I convince people that don't understand how social media works - that it's the best thing since the remote control. It's so easy to target specific humans who can benefit from what businesses and civic groups have to offer. Frustrating. I'm a connector. It's what I love; seeing the fruits of my labors revealed. Working on a commercial for occassions where I ony have a minute or two to grab the attention of possible clients. Still working on that... like trying to convey an ocean in a drop of water.
